Langton House Prices
We have 3 twin or double rooms and one family room, all ensuite or with private facilities.
Prices are per room per night and include a Full English or Continental Breakfast, off street parking and VAT.

Please contact us to check on the availability and cost as we reserve the right to amend prices due to seasonal demand without notice. Children are welcome and can be accommodated. Please e-mail, phone or fax for details of availability or any additional details or requirements. We can usually supply a travel cot, baby listening facilities and a few toys!

Terms
and Conditions:-
If you require room(s), we will require a deposit of 50% to secure
the booking, or the full amount for a one night stay. This can be
in either :-
- a valid credit card
number with expiry date, security code, full name and address and
telephone number
- a Stirling cheque
- Stirling travellers cheque's
We will not charge your credit card until you arrive, as we are
only keeping the details as security. Please note that if you decide
to pay with your card there is an extra 5% surcharge for this.

Cancellation
policy
Our cancellation policy
is a minimum of 72 hours notice before the arrival date, (not
arrival time) for a full refund. Under 72 hours we will try to
re-let the room. If we are successful we will refund the deposit.
This period does not include the day of arrival - so for example
our cancellation policy of '72 hours' means a reservation must
be cancelled at least 72hrs before midnight of the day before
arrival to avoid payment of a penalty. Failure to arrive, or
late cancellation, will result in a no show charge being charged
to your credit card up to the full cost of your booked stay. If
a cancellation is made it must be confirmed by Langton House or
else the customer will still be deemed to have a confirmed booking.

Legoland deals for 2008
We have a Legoland accommodation package which includes tickets to Legoland.
With a minimum of 1 nights accommodation at Langton House we can offer you Legoland tickets for £45.00 per adult or £40 per child ticket for a 2 consecutive day pass. The price of these bought at Legoland would be £50 per child (saving you £10) and £66 per adult (saving you £21). Because we have to pre buy these tickets for you we do require advanced payment for them. In the case of credit card payments this will incur our usual 5% extra fee. Once bought and paid for the tickets are non-refundable. The above prices are for the Legoland tickets only.
