Well, Sue and Peter from Havant in Hants, I feel it only right that to even things up a little - I do not do this lightly as in my original blog I have not named you and actually believe that by writing your name here it is not very professional, but I feel I have no other recourse to this situation at present. Your public account of this incident is too one sided and I don't believe you ever considered the result of your actions at the time or the impact it was having on me. I am lucky that now looking back on this I too find it funny but still can not believe the way in which they treated me as if I was a hotel employee who was on call 24 hours for them. I have also amended my sign to say emergencies only after 10pm! I have now found out that, to cap it all, that they have now left a review about this incident on a public web site and even named me.
