Even though we have just had a cancellation due to the impending industrial action, British Airways has recently been voted as the winner in the Best First Class airline, and received runners up in almost every other airline category.

So it would seem that they still have a good reputation in spit of all the troubles they have had and in fact are still having.

I only hope they sort out the strike before my holiday!
