The shower is brilliant could have stayed in there for ages!!, didnt realise the TV had a DVD player built in but again your customer service excellent. Well, Sue and Peter from Havant in Hants, I feel it only right that to even things up a little - I do not do this lightly as in my original blog I have not named you and actually believe that by writing your name here it is not very professional, but I feel I have no other recourse to this situation at present. Your public account of this incident is too one sided and I don't believe you ever considered the result of your actions at the time or the impact it was having on me. I am lucky that now looking back on this I too find it funny but still can not believe the way in which they treated me as if I was a hotel employee who was on call 24 hours for them. I have also amended my sign to say emergencies only after 10pm! I have now found out that, to cap it all, that they have now left a review about this incident on a public web site and even named me. These were sent off rather sharp (lucky they only needed driving licence to get home) and hopefull they have received them by now, but during the emails I found out exactly what they do for a living.
