Windsor and Eton Information

Windsor and Eton are located on opposite banks of the river Thames with a foot bridge connecting the two. This used to be a road bridge, but was converted many years ago to foot traffic only.

Eton is famous for Eton College, as well as its many antique shops, although there are very few bargains to be had as they seem to cater for the tourist market!

Windsor is overshadowed by the Castle, which dominates the town and surrounding area.
